Conjunctival nevus is a benign mole that appears on the membrane covering the white part of the eye (sclera) and the transparent layer (conjunctiva). It can be congenital or may develop during adolescence. Typically brown, yellowish, or gray in color, it may grow over time. Most conjunctival nevi are harmless, but in some cases, treatment may be required due to cosmetic concerns or suspicion of malignant transformation.
